The Case of the Female Hybrid for Final Cylon

Result: Besides here at BSGP I have never seen anyone even guess the Female Hybrid as a possibility in any other site. It is pretty rare indeed.

Result: The Basestar Hybrids have always been in shadow. Always in the background, always never truly linked to this plane of existance but rather in some other place. Hybrids have been forced to follow orders and commit unthinkable acts of genocide toward the human race in the holocaust of the 12 Colonies and therearfter against the renegate fleet. So it makes sense for them seeking redemption for their acts. Suffering, well Hybrids have always been forced to wage war without having a say. It could also mean that once the Female Hybrid detaches from the Base Star it will happen at the cost of immense pain but she will have "clawed toward the light" meaning joined the plane of existance of regular beings, have finally awaken.

Last but not least:

Fifth Cylon: You have heard my voice countless times yet you do not know my name

This last clue on the SciFi clues website has led me to believe the Hybrid is now a much likely candidate because of this clue.

See, the Hybrid could have spoken figuratvely through the actions of the base star throughout the series, and she spoke literally several times to Kara and we never really learned the name of the Hybrids. They were never given one but they have always been there, they have always known more (as proven by Hybrid prophecies and revelations to Kara and the Razor chic who's name I cant recall right now).

So it seems the Female Hybrid fits a whole bunch of info we know so far.

It would make terribly sense (especially with the connection with the Caprica Series)

As it seems the Female Hybrid could very well be Zoe, the first Cylon to be cloned/made.

So it would be really high on the "shock and awe" factor as I bet you no one ever even guessed or came cloes to guessing of the Female Hybrid as the Fifth Cylon.

And it's make sense as well as tie the Series to the new Caprica Series very nicely.
