BSG Pilots Season 4.5 Signature Events Schedule

During Season 4.5 of Battlestar Galactica BSGpiltos.com will resume hosting our Signature "Sitrep" Event as well as add 2 new Signature weekly events. We hope to see you all join us to discuss some BSG in real time in our Launch Tube Chat Room.

Time: 11pm US Eastern Time
Description: Discuss the latest BSG Season 4.5 Episode right after it airs on the SciFi Channel (and most likely SPACE Channel too).

Day: Saturdays (tentative)
Time: 10pm US Eastern Time
Description: Discuss the latest BSG Season 4.5 Teaser Trailers and Promos for the next Episode to be aired by the SciFi and SPACE Channels.

Name: Guncam Review
Day: Wednesdays (tentative)
Time: 10pm US Eastern Time (tentative)
Description: Watch the latest BSG Season 4.5 Episode in real-time with other fellow BSG fans (torrent downloaded) and comment in real time as you watch and discuss at the end of each Act (4 Acts total).

Please give us your feedback on days and times for these events so that we may select the ones that fit most people's schedule best.

The idea for the 3 events is this:

On Friday you watch the latest BSG Episode and at 11pm Eastern when it ends you are like "Oh my Gods what the FRAK was that!" Before you can even recover you jump in the BSGpilots.com Launch Tube and share your emotions, thoughts, theories and speculations with your fellow BSG buddies from BSGpilots.com

Then by Saturday evening you have recovered and are ready to dig into those Teaser Trailers SciFi and SPACE release for the next episode and discuss theories and speculations further.

Then you take a 3 day break from all things BSG (yeah right lol) and on Wednesday you are ready to watch the latest episode again, this time with fellow BSG fans from BSGpilots.com watching and commenting and sharing the excitement at the same time as you and discussing it in real time with you.

By Friday, you have fully appreciated the new BSG material and are ready for a new dose of Truth. You watch the new Episode at 10pm Eastern, and the wild ride starts over again as you jump once again into the BSGpilots.com Launch Tube and join us for another Sitrep Event. Of course, all this time you fill in the gaps by checking out all the discussions in our Film Room Forum where we share our latest in-depth theories and the Fleet News Service Forum to comment on the latest Teasers, Promos and other material and news.

So during Season 4.5, there is no better home for Battlestar Galactica fans than BSGpilots.com!

See you all in the Launch Tube and on the Forums!

Nice sounds like a PLAN. :p

Sorry I'm soaking up the new dvds. I plan on dedicating more time to the site and figure out what exactly we want to do regarding the premiere.

You can count me in. I'm going to have to figure out something for the Guncam Review. For some reason, my laptop blocks bittorrent downloaders. It's really strange.

Kendrick, there are other ways of seeing the Episodes on demand. SciFi Rewind (a section of the SciFI Channel website) had the last 5 aired episodes available on the site.

www.watchbattlestargalactica.com is another option. YouTube is yet another option. It doesnt have to be torrents

yeah but Addy, none of those air at the same time as it goes out live, so anyone who can't see them at the same time as the network that airs them first loses out in a way :/ Well, at least as far as being able to take part in live discussion anyway Tongue

Those are on Demand Twigs. So they can start/pause/resume/rewind/ff as they please. That means they can also watch at the same time Tongue

I'll do my best to get in there from time to time. as you know with my work schedule it is real hard for me to stay up that late. I am up at 5:30 Eastern every morning so the late one will be hard for me. I will try though.

Heh I'm jealous. I've tried to get some of siblings into the show. I haven't talked to my brother since I burned some DVDs of season 1 and 2 off for him. But hopefully he'll like the show. He's very political so I think he'd dig the show.
