How many other Television shows out there can claim multiple tributes to a
specific episode of the series?
Sometimes a Great Notion is episode 413 of Battlestar Galactica, the spectacular premiere of the final season of the show. I personally thought this to be possibly the very best episode of the entire series. It was pure writing genious what Ron D. Moore and the BSG Writing Team did with Revelations (Episode 412, the Season 4.0 Finale) and with Great Notion. The fact that these two episodes were the only two that I watched live on the big screen at the BSGCast Season 4 Frak Party in Pasadena, CA back in January was probably a great influence on me too, as I experienced these shocking episodes in a room crowded with many other fans.
I was quite surprised when I came across another BSG fan, YouTube user augustus561, who made a teaser trailer for this episode, but I see it as a testament to the greatness of this episode.
